Question about splitting your social media accounts into Subcommunities

My company is about to undergo a rebrand, and as apart of the rebrand we are more than likely going to have multiple social media accounts on each platform geared towards the different communities we target. My company targets different software user for three different distinct software users. The three different software products are from the same company, but very different products. Think of it like someone that targets Adobe products, but has unique and specific content for creative suite products, adobe premiere products, and adobe flash products.

Right now we have the following social media channels:

Facebook- This is used for general company news + all three product communities we target

Twitter- used for general company news + all three product communities we target

LinkedIn- We have four linkedin communities. One for our general company news, and then 3 seperate
communities/ pages for each software product community we target.

Are there any best practices surrounding something like this? Is it even advisable? I’ve been charged with this project, just looking for a good place to start.

EDIT: FORMATING

Advice Please: What is a good way to keep track of translations that are used on different marketing pieces, such as web pages and brochures?

A challenge I have with my marketing team is that English content will often change for a product (mandated from above). This will affect many other marketing pieces. The chance can happen for a brochure, a web page, blog page, product video etc. and then I need to work out where that chance needs to be updated across the board. Then I need to request translations, wait for translations, then later update the translated pieces. One change can require an update to 40 marketing pieces. We are constantly in this cycle and it’s error prone.

How can I make it easy for my team to have easy access to all up to date translated text? How can I empower others on my team with an easy work flow for this?
